If you bought Mylicon Gas Relief Dye Free Drops in a 1 ounce plastic bottle after October 5, be aware that Johnson & Johnson - Merck Consumer Pharmaceuticals Company is recalling 12,000 of the bottles sold nationwide. The problem is that some of them might include metal fragments generated during the manufacturing process. You can get the specific product codes and lot numbers for the bottles being recalled at the Mylicon recall information page. If you have one of the bottles, stop using it immediately and contact the company at 800-222-9435 for a replacement or refund. If you have given the product to your baby and are concerned, contact your pediatrician.
