Label everything: Slap some waterproof labels on bottles, food containers, clothing, blankets, and everything that might leave your house. Mabels Labels or Name Bubbles can withstand the dishwasher and the washing machine so you don't find yourself re-labeling everything once a week.
Shop online: By subscribing to websites like WantNot or BabyCheapskate you can find out about killer website sales and shipping deals. Shop when it's convenient and save your precious off hours for gazing at your baby.
Stock up on essentials: I use Amazon's subscribe and save for diapers and wipes. You automatically receive a shipment in intervals you select, you get a discount, and shipping is FREE. It makes me giddy when I find a gigantic box of diapers on my front step -- that I didn't have to carry there!
Pre-plan meals: I'm sure you've thought of this already, but the trick is remembering to do it. If you're making something like chili or pasta, make twice as much. Plan a weekly theme night (in our house, it's a Friday pizza night) and it's one less thing to think about.
Invite your friends: Spending time with your friends can really help you feel recharged, but it can be difficult to plan a night out (especially if you're breastfeeding). So have your friends come to you and plan a lunch visit or an in-house movie night.
