Another day, another recall. The latest news affects liquid Tylenol and Motrin for infants and children, as well as some Zyrtec and Benadryl products.

A full list of all of the lot numbers (so you can see if you have any affected medication) is available on the recall website.

Fortunately, it appears that this recall is being made due to quality issues that the company found -- not because any children have had ill effects from taking the medication. Hopefully no children are affected! Some of the medications had too much of the active ingredient, some contain inactive ingredients that didn't meet their testing guidelines, and others may contain tiny particles.

If you have any of the affected medications, make sure to read the full press release at the McNeil Website or call 1-888-222-6036. As always, contact your pediatrician or other medical provider if you have more questions.

Do you have any of the medication being recalled? What will you use in its place?

Update: Make sure to read our post on how to get a refund if you own any of the affected products.
