Matching Mismatched Socks

My friend Diana bought my twins these socks. They match, but only by color -- the patterns are different.

Smart idea. And quite adorable when worn by babies. Though I've done it myself and find it adorable. (Cost effective, too, since socks always disappear.)

Blind Mice Socks from BeanNewYork are $4 for three socks. They suggest buying two sets of three so you have three pairs. Quirky -- just like the socks. Pricey for socks, but kind of irresistible for a splurge.

Do you (would you) put mismatched socks on your baby?

This cracks me up because someone gave us some of these too. They are totally cute, but some dormant OCD kicked in as I just couldn't get over the fact that the socks weren't a perfect match. It drove me crazy!

My daughter loves her mismatched socks! I got a nine-piece set for my friend's newborn last year too.

My daughter has these too! We have blue stripe, blue polka dots and red polkadots, so you can match by color AND pattern!

They're cute. I have put mismatched socks on my son before, but it drove me nuts although no one knew he had mismatched socks on... it drove me insanee.

All she has is mismatched socks. We only buy her new ones when she's lost just over half the pack.

They are really cute but it would probably drive me nuts to know that their socks are mismatched but it would save me lots of time trying to match them when I'm folding laundry.

Thats so cool! I DOnt match my sox half them time but as long as they are the some brand who cares!!!
