The Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall for over one million Graco Harmony high chairs.
Check your chairs everyone, because they have been tipping over and dumping babies out. The exact problem from the CPSC website:
"The screws holding the front legs of the high chair can loosen and fall out. Also, the plastic cover on the front legs and the bracket on the rear legs can crack. When either of these things happen, the high chairs become unstable and can tip over unexpectedly."
This photo from the CPSC website illustrates the broken plastic cover.
If this is your high chair, contact Graco online or call 1-800-345-4109 to get your repair kit as the Graco Harmony high chairs can be fixed.
